Ca l'Anyet 3 rooms (up to 8 persons)
In Albera, a Mediterranean land with vineyards and olive trees, on the slopes of the Pyrenees that reach the sea, is Ca l'Anyet, named after the neighboring river.
It is reached from Sant Climent de Sescebes by the paved road that leads to Vilartoli, the last village before France, ... an ancient land of smugglers and also of dolmens and menhirs, tramontana, vineyards and olive trees.
The farm has several hectares of land, and a plantation of ancient olive trees.
The house was until recently, the ruin of a haystack that burned down at the time. Currently it has been rebuilt and we are very happy with the result.
All stone, full of light and very warm.
It has a large living room with fireplace, dining room and open kitchen with good views of the garden and mountains, the arched windows, preserved from the old stone construction, make you find yourself in the middle of Nature.
On the ground floor there is also a room with a king size bed and a bathroom.
On the first floor with wooden floor and wooden ceiling we find a bathroom and two triple rooms with their balconies and excellent views of the mountains that surround us. (double bed + single bed)
The house is equipped with central heating and a heat or cold pump in all rooms.
It also complies with accessibility on the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and barbecue outside.
It is possible to stay in the house enjoying a bath in the pleasant salt water pool (9.20 x 4.50), for the exclusive use of the house, or if you prefer to venture into the pools of the small Anyet river or in the coves and beaches of Llança about 20 km, or stroll through the ancient olive grove that is part of the grounds of the house.
